Special Events!

We have monthly meeting for men and boys of all ages. The standard meeting entails an incredible breakfast on a Saturday morning, and a Bible study. These breakfasts usually begin at 8:30 and dismiss no later than 10:00. They are held in the church fellowship hall on the second Saturday of each month.
First Lady, Allison Foote leads a quarterly meeting for all of our church ladies. The meetings range from cooking and clothing to prayer and thanksgiving. Each quarter on the second Sunday at 4PM you can count on an uplifting time and wonderful fellowship with the other ladies of Grace.
We provide a venue for retirement age folks to enjoy some time in Bible study with the Pastor as well as a wonderful time of fellowship and Christian comradery and much, much more! If that would include you, or someone you know please pass the word and plan to attend. This group meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 1:15pm in the church fellowship hall.
Each week we have a variety of scheduled prayer meetings; some of them are general while others are focused on a specific theme.
The schedule is as follows: Intercessor Meeting (6pm, Sunday),
Missions Prayer Meeting (6:20pm, Wednesday)
Men’s and Ladies Prayer Meetings (7:30am, Friday)
The Eagles Café is a small breakfast café held every Sunday morning (8:45-9:45).
– We’ll be offering coffee, drinks, and breakfast items, things like pastries or light morning meals.
– Open to anyone attending church that morning
– All proceeds go to support Grace Baptist Academy, and occasionally the bus or youth ministry.
– A great place to enjoy fellowship before the service while supporting our ministries

Friends & Family Sunday (Sun. 8/23/26)

We’re looking forward to a special Friends & Family Sunday at Grace Baptist Church!

Church family, this is a wonderful opportunity to invite someone to join you for the day, a friend, coworker, neighbor, or family member. Begin thinking and praying now about someone you can personally invite to come with you!

We’ll have special treats and giveaways throughout our Sunday School classes, along with a great morning of fellowship, worship, and Bible preaching.

Whether you’re a longtime member, visiting for the first time, or coming as someone’s special guest, we would love to have you with us!

Servant Sunday (Sun. 8/30/26)

We can’t wait for Servant Sunday, a special evening dedicated to recognizing and thanking the many faithful volunteers who serve throughout the year at Grace Baptist Church!

But Servant Sunday isn’t just for those who are already serving, it’s for our entire church family! Come learn more about the different ministries of Grace Baptist Church, meet the people who serve in them, and discover ways that you can get involved and serve.

And get ready for a little friendly competition! Each ministry will have the opportunity to compete in our special Servant Sunday game to determine who will take home the coveted 2026 GBC Ministry Trophy!

Ministry Leaders: A sign-up card is located on the back table. Be sure to sign up your ministry if you would like to participate in the competition.

Join us at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 23, as we celebrate our volunteers, enjoy some fun together, and discover how each of us can make a difference by serving!

Dates: September 25 & 26th
Location: Temple Baptist Church in Gulfport
Cost: Registration Fee is $25 through August 31st, then $35 after September 1st.
We must register as a church group, so see Alli Foote to register.
Ladies attending will be responsible for arranging lodging and transportation.
